Email is the only way to reach us, and it is read by a person rather than a system.

If you are reporting a figure that looks wrong, tell us the address of the page, what you entered and what you expected. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it and, if we are wrong, publish a correction.

What we cannot do

We can explain how any figure on the site is worked out, but we cannot tell you what to do about your own pay, pension or investments. Our calculators give estimates based on published rules, and we are not authorised by any financial regulator to give advice.
