We work to WCAG 2.2 AA on every page. Here is where we stand, what we know is not right yet, and how to tell us when something stops you.

Every page and calculator is built against the AA success criteria and checked at 200% zoom.

Keyboard and screen reader

Every control can be reached without a mouse, and each result is announced once it settles.

Our accessibility statement

Everyone should be able to work out what they take home, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

The site is tested with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader, at 200% zoom and against automated checks on every build. This statement comes from that testing and is updated whenever something changes.

Where we stand

Area	How it works
Keyboard	Every link, button, field and segmented control can be reached and operated without a mouse, with a visible focus ring.
Screen readers	Fields have real labels, tables have row and column headings, and each result is announced once, after it settles.
Colour and contrast	Text meets AA contrast. Nothing is explained by colour alone: every chart has a matching table of the same figures.
Motion	If your device asks for reduced motion, animation is switched off and final values are shown straight away.
Known issues	Charts can be dense to read on a small screen at high magnification. The table under each chart carries the same information.

Tell us what does not work

If something on the site stops you getting your answer, email us with the address of the page, the device and software you were using, and what happened. We treat accessibility problems as faults rather than requests, and we will tell you when they are fixed.
