This is a “Quick Start” guide to get up and running Asense Ads on your web pages.
It is no secret that there are literally thousands of online marketers making a living solely on their Adsense campaigns. Google has made it very easy for everyday folks to start making money online and its virtually free to start. Even if you are an Adsense newbie it is possible that you can actually make your first online dollar today!
The easiest way to get started is to start a free blog at blogger.com. Once you have your blog set up and you have picked a subject to blog about it’s time to ad some content to your blog. You can find a lot of great free content to ad from some of the major article directories like ezinearticles.com.
However, you don’t want all your content from directories, you will want to write a few posts for some unique content. If you are having trouble writing you search on your subject in the directories and re-write the articles in your own words. Any way you do it, you will want to ad at least 10 posts.
Once you have added your content you can then go over and apply for your Adsense account using you same login name from your blogger account. Blogger actually makes it very easy for Adsense newbies to place Adsense ads on their blog.
The best placement practice is using the medium or large rectangle floated in the top left of the post content. Then a full banner at the very bottom of each post. You can also place ads in your sidebar but almost all of your clicks will come from first two placements I mentioned. I advise not placing any in the sidebar, too many ad blocks and your ads start to loose there relevancy which will reduce your clicks and in turn…your earnings.
